DIRECTOR ASSESSMENT (JAFARU DAHIRU)

  1. General Supervision of Zonal/ Area Offices
  2. Approving Of Assessment (R) Cases.
  3. Signing Of TCC issued at the H/Q
  4. Chairing of Reconciliation Meeting between the Board and TPS (where objection is made)
  5. Approving issuance of TCC booklets to Zonal Office from the Store
  6. Signing a revised letter of Assessment after due approval from Executive Chairman.
  7. Any other assignment given by Executive Chairman

2) DEPUTY DIRECTOR ASSESSMENI’ (ADAMU UMAR G/KUKA)

  1. Responsible for recommending R. cases Assessment at Head Quarters.
  2. Responsible for attending objection from TPS for un-ward recommendation to the director.
  3. Responsible for field audit operation.
  4. Responsible for maintaining all assessment records e.g. files, records of total, file register etc.

3) H.E.O ASSESSMENT (MUSTAPHA SHITU HASSAN)

  1. Responsible for raising of w/sheets.
  2. Allocation Of Assessment Nos
  3. Maintaining of all case files
  4. Responsible for issuing TCC after approval is granted.
